This lady was referred to me to replace her unaesthetic existing crown and bridgework and restore her badly worn lower anterior teeth. After a discussion of the options of lower cosmetic bonding v min prep zirconia crowns she decided on the longevity of crown work.

To improve her facial aesthetics during treatment we planned to open her vertical dimension by approx 6mm anteriorly and increase her lower facial proportions.
