What are the Different Types of Teeth Whitening?
At My New Smile we offer different solutions for teeth whitening. It can either be done at-home or at our dental practice.
At-home teeth whitening involves the use of customised trays or strips that are filled with a bleaching gel and worn for a specified amount of time each day. This method can take longer to achieve noticeable results but is generally less expensive than doing it through your dentist.
If you would rather more dramatic results in a shorter amount of time, in house teeth whitening is your answer. This is performed by your dentist during an appointment at My New Smile. This involves applying a bleaching agent to the teeth, which is activated by a special light or laser for instant results.
Please note that teeth whitening may not be suitable for everyone. We advise you book in for a consultation with our expert team of dentists before undergoing any whitening procedure. People with sensitive teeth, gum disease, or extensive dental work may not be candidates for teeth whitening.
